| - i gave this motel 1 star because theres no option for 0 stars!!!! my husband was able to get into CES, so we needed a room for tuesday night, i booked a room here because it was the last cheapest room available and i did not want to pay alot of money because 1 i didnt have alot of money to spend and 2 we werent going to be in the room much other then to sleep. when i checked in the lady up front said she was going to charge my card for the room ($39.19) and hold a deposit of $25 for the room key, once the room key was returned she would issue a refund on the $25, she said the total would be $64.19 and thats what she would put on my card. Before leaving the room i decided to check the balance on my card, good thing i did because i noticed they charged me 3 different times! 3 different prices! i got charged (all on the same day, the day i checked in) $64.19 (which was what i agreed to for the room fee and key deposit), $39.19 (the price of the room itself , but she said my room fee and key deposit would be together), and also $44.79 (have no idea where that came from). went to go check out and tell her my problem (same lady was there checking out as when i checked in) i told her i got charged 3 times and even showed her all the charges on my phone. she went to the computer said nothing was showing on her end just the $64.19 that she charged me, she said she will refund the $25 right now, so she went to her computer to refund me and said she accidentally charged me the $25 instead of refunding it so she said ill fix it and it will refund $50 (so now i have to wait a few days for my bank to post a $25 fee plus the other charges!!!). i booked our room through booking.com so the lady told me to call them to see if they put the charges on (of course they didnt because the charges has the motels name on all of them and i know for a fact booking.com doesnt charge) i called them and thats exactly what they said! so i told the lady and she said theres nothing on her end , i asked to speak to the manager she said she will be in in 2 hours! so i came back 2 hours later, the manager was just as dumb as the other lady and had "no idea" where the charges came from and said there was nothing she could do. called my bank and they are dealing with it now! im so irritated, this place is shady as hell and we will NOT be going back, and i suggest you stay away also! also the tile floor was disgusting, it just felt nasty sticky!! and one other thing i forgot to mention to them because i was so irritated was to shred the photocopy they made of mine and my husbands ID and my debit card!!!!!!! i have never stayed at a place that has done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
