  • We were very nervous about buying our first home in Las Vegas. After a lot of hard work and looking around we found a place we hoped would be perfect; but, we could only judge the house on its outward appearances. When you are looking to put down a lot of your hard-earned money and make a long-term commitment to a mortgage you want to be sure you are not buying a money trap. Not knowing if the heating & cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, roofing, insulation, irrigation system and structural integrity of house were sound kept use from pulling the trigger. I lost a lot of sleep wondering if we could truly afford this home. ? ? Luckily, my wife's friend told her about Apex Home Inspections. She said they are experts in providing comprehensive home inspections, were wonderful to work with and very helpful in answering questions. So we made an appointment with Apex and Tom (the owner) was out the very next morning to inspect the house. Apex provided us with a very detailed and easy to read (complete with pictures and videos and even summary tables that highlight the condition of household components so, at a glance, we knew what needed to be addressed) that same day!!! Tom used a drone to show repairs that were needed to the roof. We asked the sellers to make those repairs and then asked Apex to come back out with the drone again to be sure the repairs were completed. My wife and I were blown away by how thorough, quick and helpful Tom and Apex was. We couldn't be happier with Apex Home Inspection and highly recommend Tom and his company to home buyers looking for exceptional quality and speed in home inspections at a reasonable price.
