  • Beautiful, clean and, spacious location. Friendly people work here and signing up was easy. Right now they have a 30 day unlimited special for only $40, great deal! An even better deal after that ends is if you have Case ID, you can drop in for $6 a class, plus a free mat rental included (I was told that the free mat rental would be ending in March). They sell cute yoga clothing and refreshments, both, which are slightly overpriced but that's typical and expected. Locker rooms with showers and hair dryers, great if you need them afterwards. The yoga classes are honestly best I've taken. Abra is one of my favorite instructors, she loves yoga and it shows. She really helps me correct some of my poses, she is always informative throughout and makes the overall class experience enjoyable. I always try to go at the times she is there. Jen who is also beyond pleasant, is another great choice. I never understood how yoga can be relaxing until taking classes here, I felt lighter and happier afterwards. I now love yoga and look forward to going to class. I will definitely be taking advantage of my unlimited pass this month! :)
