  • Primo was recommended by a Realtor friend of ours. Their bid was quite reasonable to repaint our interior with multiple colors, fix some ceiling cracks and repair stucco damage. We were also in the process of replacing all of our flooring with new carpet (2nd flr) and laminate (1st flr). So we had them go after the other contractors had replaced the floor--with the assurance that they would carefully protect our new flooring. They did it. A great job of painting without a speck of paint on the floor or furniture. Zoel, the superintendent, was very knowledgeable, flexible and helpful in what turned out to be a delayed process (our delays with the other contractors, plus a family emergency, not Primo's--they started on time once we were ready and worked meticulously) I'll definitely have Primo paint our exterior and our rental property when its time. (By the way, I was a contract manager for the Dept of Defense and later the State of NV. I'm very hard to impress. But these guys really did an exceptional job.)
