  • If there was a way to give no stars I WOULD! Worst flight and airlines in my entire life. And i fly every month. First we got up in the air going to Honolulu from Las Vegas and after 2 hours we were told we had to go back because one of the pumps were leaking. Seriously? Aren't they suppose to check these things before we get up in the air?! So we had to head back to Las Vegas and mind you I had my 1 yr old so this didn't sit well for me. It was a 6:30 flight which would've put us in Hawaiii at 9:30. They told us there was a plane ready to go back in Vegas but when we landed, we waited and waited and waited. After an hour or so they said the flight crew called "fatigue"! Really? Like we weren't all tired? So they delayed our trip to 8am the next morning and gave us $150 in credit. So i got dropped back off at 6am with my baby and about 30 mins before we are suppose to board they said our flight was delayed. I go to the bathroom and come back and apparently another announcement was made that the flight is delayed more because they don't have a crew. What happened to the crew that called fatigue last night?! So at that point they had no idea when they were gonna leave. After numerous people yelling and getting upset, the finally got the supervisor down. She said they were looking for a pilot? WTF?! So they said they were giving us $100 credit and lunch vouchers. The lunch vouchers were 8 bucks! That's it?! I can't buy shiz for that at the airport! Finally around 930 they announce we would be taking off at 10am. But when we got on the plane they took forever to take off because they were doing paperwork. So we didn't leave until 1130am..AND with the same crew we had the night before! So ridiculous! Also do not sit in row 40 unless you wanna know how sardines in a can feel!
