  • I'm glad I called Thor Industries for my AC repair. Not only were they available to come out and diagnose the problem on the same day, but they actually got the job done two days earlier than projected. Since the temps were above 110 during this time, you can imagine how pleased I was to get my AC back in less than 24 hours! Troy, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional and reasonable in his pricing. There's no hard-sell crap and he provides a 90 day warranty on parts and labor, as opposed to 30 days like so many other companies. He also tested the capacitor for the blower motor (which had failed) and saw that it was under-performing. So, he replaced that as well and now all three parts - motor, fan wheel and capacitor are new and working perfectly together. Now I know who to call for any future AC issues. And based on what I experienced, I'll call Thor for all of my plumbing needs as well.
