  • I read all the horrendous reviews of the center before I made an appointment. I check every website, vitalgrades, webmd, yelp, etc., before I see any doctor. I was nervous to say the least. I did not have to wait an hour, the front staff was wonderful and the doctor and her assistant were amazing. Yes, the visit was short, but this is an HMO. She-Dr. Anna Fermin did a complete exam, relieved my fears, (I have been suffering from migraines for 3 months, 24/7) and found other issues that might be causing my pain. She prescribed new meds, and ordered new tests. Her assistant - Myra Torres was also very attentive and professional. They provided a complete copy of my visit as I checked out. I felt very relieved when I left. I am not easily impressed? But this place has met all my concerns. 5 stars to all of them...and? I never give 5 stars.
