  • I've genuinely never received better service for anything car-related in my life. I noticed that my tire pressure alert was on and then I looked at my tire and it was pretty flat. I really needed my car tonight and was sort of panicked. I took the car to Firestone and Eddy and Romer were enormously helpful and even though they were crowded, they were able to squeeze me in. It turns out I had a nail in the tire. We didn't know if we could fix the tire or if I'd need a new one which is expensive. It turned out I needed a wheel-lock key from my dealership and I rushed over to the dealer to get it. Eddy and Romer were really patient and even though time was scarce, they handled everything for me and got it fixed. They were super-nice and really honest and thorough. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for fair and honest service on their tires.
