  • I really like Ocean Trail a lot. If you like seafood and a Louisiana vibe and feel of food and in the area it's a go to for me. I'm rating this 4 stars because of the service. 5 stars for the food and the chefs making it happen. The service is sometimes slow and they don't really care to have much of a conversation with you. It's a burn and turn. They don't quickly fill up drinks (most of the time) and sometimes it takes a while for the bill. No smile when you walk up or anything. I mean this place gets busy l but at least smile or something. The food. I always get the Pan Roast Combo with dirty rice at a level 6-7 and wow it is awesome. The flavors are spicy, the seafood is prevalent and always a great portion, the dirty rice is perfect to mix and I even add some of the hot sauces they have. I recommend that dish always. Also if you sit at the bar the chefs I've met are cool and nice to talk to. There is one individual who I'm not a fan of and he I don't think he cares about anyone. Whatever the food is good and a little gambling before or after is also nice. Maybe after so you aren't ticked before you eat.
