I drove 30 minutes to be at this store only to be turned away by 3 employees. The screen on my Apple Watch fell off - there is no physical damage that caused it. They told me it would be $300 to fix damage I did not cause after telling me they could not and would not help me file a claim online. I even offered to do it from my own phone. Steve Jobs would be ashamed of how Apple operates today. I cannot believe that the quality of Apple products and service plummeted so much after his passing. Do not go to this store if you need help. They will try to force you out the door and they do not take any responsibility for their defective products. I would give them negative stars if I could.
