  • Every year they take the pics for my kids school and I haven't had a problem with them because I pay for them before time online, but this year I missed the day to pay for them and they said the couldn't do nothing but sell me the class picture. So I ordered the class picture online and that was back in June and its August and I still haven't received the photos
