  • Their only saving grace was Emmanuel, the driver. He got me to a safe location and worked his ass off!! The dispatcher kept telling me ten minutes every time I called and it was almost 3 hours by the time they showed up. My insurance company set me up with them again today and they were running so late and didn't notify anyone, even though they claim they did, that I had to cancel because the shop was closing. If you want 3-4 hr wait times and no updates, They're your company.
