  • I hate that I have to leave even one star because this company deserves ZERO! We recently moved into a rental just over a month ago and a refurbished washer and dryer was put in by Louies Appliance. Upon (attempting) my first load of laundry we noticed they didn't even plug in the units. We tried to do it ourselves but noticed all the hoses were missing. After one tech came out to install the hoses we found out he only installed one, so we had to have them come out again (still unable to do laundry!!) Then it continued with one problem after the other and this is still continuing to go on! As I am writing this I am waiting for someone else to come out to mount the units correctly because that wasn't done properly when they originally installed them. We have had techs come out over 8 times to "fix" what should have been done correctly over a month ago. Our landlord was originally coordinating with them but I think she got too frustrated so she has had me coordinate directly and it has been the MOST AWFUL customer service experience I've ever had! (And I work in customer service) Dave is extremely unprofessional and must not write anything down. I had scheduled appointments three days last week, with 9am-12pm windows, and all three days they were no show/no call. So I rearranged my scheduled and waited around for nothing! I had to call him and he had no recollection of even talking to me or my appointments?! He just makes up excuses and try to reschedule. Please go somewhere else, no one should have to deal with this much headache to do a damn load of laundry!!! Unfortunately, I don't have a choice because this is who my landlord chooses to do business with, but you do have a choice!!!
