  • The worst customer service I have ever experienced at ANY car shop. Especially the "manager" Sergio. I got my 4 tires from them and paid for the extended guarantee plan. From the moment we stepped into the store due to a flat tire, we didn't get any greeting, asked us "what do you want?" not showing the minimum concern about his customers. After we explained to him what we needed he asked for the keys and canes back to ask for which tire was it twice. After an hour of sitting there, he told us it was unrepairable and they didn't have our tire.
