  • Two weeks ago, we called for a teeth cleaning appointment. While sitting in the chair, I noticed that they were setting up a more extensive treatment procedure. After inquiring about the mix-up, Kaitlyn, an office worker, was the 1st and only person that figured out the situation. She thoroughly unraveled both the treatment plan error as well as the financial miscalculations. Kaitlyn was there with me every step of the way. She personally assisted me, and went above and beyond her duties to help me. She displayed impeccable customer service and empathy. Kaitlyn is a true asset and has restored my faith in Western Dental.
