  • Lily did my powdered mani. She was too aggressive, even when she was taking out my previous polish. When she was filing it off with the machine,the speed was too fast that it would eventually hurt my nail. I think she figured it out from my reaction since she eventually toned down the speed. I think the way she did my nails is great; however, my problem is how she's unaware she's hurting the customer. After my nails are finished, she was scratching off the residue underneath my nail. They were hard scratches that my nails started to bleed. I do like her work, but it's really not worth it if it meant my nails are bleeding and sore after.
