The rating says it all. Meh, I've experienced better.
I was put off by waiting at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was in the salon. Several stylists saw me but chose to ignore me instead of saying something like "the receptionist will be right with you". I understand they were with their own clients, but it isn't that hard to say welcome to someone.
The facial was OK. And that is just it - OK. It wasn't a bad facial by any means, I just expected more from a professional salon. They didn't have the head band most places use to keep your hair out of your face. They never looked at my skin under the lamp to determine the type of mask to use. She just took my word at what my skin issues were. I had to ask if they do extractions. Usually in facials, I've had them also do some cleansing and massage on my neck. This facial was strictly my face. When the mask was on, they did a very brief hand massage and then put my hands in warmers.
Thing is, I left with smooth skin that felt great. I just expected more.
