Stayed here for three nights. We arrived for a baseball tournament but at 3:00 it was too early for checking so we left for our game. Returned to the hotel to find it booked so we were stuck in a handicap room. No counter space. LOUD. You can hear the people next door and every step from the people above you. In fact if they walk to one side of the room our artwork rattles on the wall. Asked to be moved , no overbooked. You can open the window but you hear the air unit directly below. Our bathtub did not drain well so when taking a shower you are left standing in a half filled tub of water. I talked to the woman at the front desk and her response was a deep sigh followed by what room was it? So far still not repaired.
The breakfast arranged for the players is a joke, they separate it from the paying to order customers and even though that area was empty we were told we could not sit there, they provided four tables for forty players. We were told at checking that breakfast for the players would include some type of eggs, fruits cereals and pastry/breads. No eggs. Service was good and poor depending who you got.
The room was clean. Asked for four towels still have only three. I have one more night here and cannot wait to leave. Don't be fooled by the newness of this hotel, go to the Marriott.
Well we check out this morning, shower still flooded, noise level was worse than two previous nights.
