  • On this particular day this NAPA auto parts store had very bad service. We waited for about 30 minutes to try to make a purchase of 0W 20 motor oil for my Toyota Prius C, but we were not able to make the purchase within 30 minutes of waiting. At the same time, my friends have asked for an electrical inverter and the man brought out One that cost about $139.. This is ridiculous, considering these things cost about $20-$30 on average. It seem like that store was in slow motion. We ended up leaving the store without making the purchase, even though we still needed the items..
