  • I am a Property Manager and had initially called this company to replace some mats for one of my properties. I was put in touch with a Sales guy who started out great, but after he provided his initial quote, Matthew (Evasiuk) would not return my calls or e-mails for literally MONTHS! (I'm at 6 months and counting now.) The lovely receptionist at Cintas did EVERYTHING she could to help me to no avail. At the 5 month mark, even she agreed things were getting WAAAAAY out of hand and as a last ditch effort, put me in touch with fabulous Catalogue Administrator, Lexa Lilburn. She has been outstanding and in under a month helped me replace mats for TWO of my properties! With the exception of the first sales guy, the service here is outstanding, the product selection is terrific and the price point to purchase mats can't be compared with anyone else.
