  • Second time here... Nice hotel and friendly staff. I ordered room service and they forgot part of my order. Also the lady at the desk told me there were no balcony rooms available but when I walked into my room it had a balcony. Very strange and it may have been a communication issue as I don't think she was really listening to me. Fingers crossed the rest goes well.
