  • Just called to let them know their driver almost caused an accident for my two kids and the. Starts looking at me crazy. I get the plate and call to tell them and the lady starts cutting me off on the phone also. I asked her to let me speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't. I started getting more upset and got louder as she raised her voice over mine. Then she starts going on like I was threatening her. A supervisor called me back and he also started cutting me off when all I told him I wanted to do was give him the plate number and go on with the rest of my day. He ended up hanging up on me. There you go from management to the driver they just cut people off and don't take accountability for their business, even the secretaries.
