  • Been in a few times the past few weeks and the only one person that has always been willing to help me and give me her time is Jessica. She is wonderful and very helpful and always has a smile on her face. She gets the 5 stars. As for the others working when I've been in, have not even greeted me or offered to help. One lady seemed as if I was bothering her restocking by asking her one single question, I asked if she had a color in the back and she told me it was discontinued. I was upset cause it was the perfect color that I needed. I went it today and the color she claimed was discontinued was in full stock. Guess she just didn't feel like helping anyone. I am totally bummed that even unopened hair extensions can not be returned. That's a huge cost lost so I don't recommend getting those unless you know for a fact they are the correct ones and that you will like them.
