  • I was in the ER 3 days prior to this visit. Long story short the ER doc told me some horrible scary things. I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Falcone. This was my first time seeing her as I have seen Dr. Gatlin prior for my annual last year. Let me tell you I have had many OB visit for years. This by far was the best visit I have had. The lady at check in ( I think Brenda)was comforting. Ashley was patient and listened to my traumatic experience at the ER. She even had my records from the ER ready for the doctor. Then I met Dr. Falcone. Let me tell you she genuinely wanted to hear what I had to say, she put me at ease with my situation. She was friendly, kind, gentle and caring. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Falcone and the whole staff here. Thank you all so much for making an uncomfortable situation a great one.
