| - I have been three times, and the salon itself is clean, and funky, the people very friendly, and the products high end, but considering the price of the services, I have decided to go elsewhere from now on. I believe that they have raised their prices as of this summer as well.
I have my hair cut in an angled bob, which I find some stylists cut extremely well, and others.... not so much. After my first appointment at Redbloom, my family commented that the cut didn't look so good, but the color was beautiful. I figured I'd give it another go. My second time at Redbloom my stylist ran out of time on the cut and left me with a sub-par cut that wasn't really what I wanted. I understand that this can happen sometimes, and she did offer for me to come back at another time for her to fix it. I returned the next week and she did fix it, and once again, the color was fantastic but the cut was.... good.
Over all, this salon is pretty good.... they give you hand massages, fancy coffee and the decor is pretty to look at, but I want to go to a salon and get a kick-a** hair cut, the other stuff doesn't matter. I don't mind paying the big bucks to be happy with my hair, but I refuse to do that if I feel that I am not getting the absolute best.
