  • These apartments were the absloute best with the older management, I've been living here since 2010 but now with this new management by far it's the WORST NIGHTMARE came to me.. They're HORRIBLE before the maintenance order gets taken care of in the same day but now I have a terrible leaking in my kitchen all over the cieling and above the sink for few weeks they can't get it fixed and giving me an unprofessional excuses. NOW!!!! After living here for 5 years, for the 1st time my rent arrived 5 days late from my bank therefore they charged me late fees and refused to waive it although I showed them prove from the bank that my rent check was mailed 3 days prior to the due date and arrives on time on the 1st but the manger insisted that I pay the fees "extremely poor customer service" which's I understood by their manager it's against the law to waive my late fees!!!! But I also believe there's an expectational for a long term resident pays on time for 5 years.. This's became a nightmare place to live.. Trust my words I used to recommend that place before but since that new management it's a hell to live here.
