  • Love El Pollo loco, this location is the worst. Have tried 3 times, each with horrible customer service through the drive thru. Twice my order has been wrong, the 2nd time I even went back to get the correct order and the MANAGER remade my chicken burrito with NO chicken!! It's a shame.
