  • Came to this location to get a quick pedi with my cousin. We were in a bit of a hurry and asked if they could be done within 30 minutes. We were assured that was NOT going to be the problem. 5 minutes later, a nail tech begins my pedicure while my cousin is ignored. We thought there was a misunderstanding and advised we both needed service. A woman, whom we later found out was actually the owner, lead my cousin to her station and began running the water. She then says something in a negative tone and completely walks away. We wait a couple of minutes but she didn't return. I then asked my nail tech if someone was available to do my cousins pedicure .... A male tech which had just finished up an acrylic set on another guest rushed over to help out. He was extremely nice and did a great job! However, my nail tech seemed like she was in a bad mood and did a messy job. Not only was the nail polish smeared ..... No base coat or top coat had been applied! I requested that it be fixed. My tech walked away rudely and went into the back. The owner now returns and says she will fix it. She then proceeded to argue with me by claiming that she can see a base coat and only a top coat is needed. She then applies a thick glob of top coat and smears it messily resulting in a streaky finish. All while telling my previous nail tech "she want extra top coat I give her more top coat!" .... At this point we just wanted to pay and leave. The service list stated a pedicure was $20 and we were both charged $25 ? .... We were in too much of a rush to dispute the charge and left. We definitely will NEVER return to this nail salon!!
