  • I broke my g4 the first month i got it,,,,,,i called tmobile and 250.00 deductible was needed a friend at work gave me there card and off i went 100.00 and the lcd screen was fixed......then i couldn't here any calls and tmobile said water damage really i was just talking on it and nothing close to water touched it,...so i took it back and MD wirless looked at it an said what water damage its the phone and if they want replace it bring it back to us an we will take care of it....I felt the love for customer service and sometimes thats all you want when you break your cell is CARE and UNDERSTANDING .......Not to mention Jae referred me to an auto mechanic as well hope he as nice an understanding too.....Thanks
