  • This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. Don't be fooled by the rental.prices.The complex has constant police cruising through looking for people along with helicopters overhead with headlights. There is a great deal.of drug deals happening in the parking lot. The management is unncooperativeand if they owe you money for many reason, they will refuse to discuss unfaithful.If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to live Avery Park Apartments is not for you.
