  • I called here on a Monday to schedule an appointment. The lady that answered said, " I don't work on Mondays". She said this in a very arrogant, condescending tone. As if I should have known she wasn't Open on Monday. I've never called any place of business and they said we don't "work on this day". A professional place of business would have said, " I'm not open on Mondays" or " I'm off on Mondays, would you like to come in on Tuesday?" This lady must have a FULL client list already. When I called It sounded and felt like she had no desire to have my business what's so ever.
