I went to this Kmart to exchange size for shoes and I did not have my receipt. I told the cashier if I can just exchange the size cause that's all I wanted and she responded saying no and was on her cell phone while helping me. She then asked for my number and I gave it to her. She says here it is and your done. I told her no I still need to pick up my online order. She says okay what is it? I told her what it was and she goes back and get my online order and takes a while walking back on her cell phone texting. I don't like complaining or making it a big deal but the manager needs to hire people with great customer service or else this store will get worse. I only go because I have points and I get diapers and baby wipes with my points if it was not for that I will not step into this Kmart or any other Kmart.
