  • I had my windshield replaced by Blue Chip in November 2015. I noticed a bit of a whistle following the replacement but thought nothing of it because it wasn't loud and only happened at certain speeds. I got a couple of chips in the new windshield while driving the Phoenix freeways in the ensuing couple of months and had them repaired, and then got a third in May 2016. I was going to get that one fixed, too, and then my rearview mirror fell off at the end of a hot day. At that point I called Blue Chip about the mirror and chip. Kelly was ready to get things fixed very quickly. As we talked I mentioned the whistle and Kelly immediately switched to replacement mode, offering to replace the windshield free of charge. I wasn't available the next day, so he set me up for the day after. His installer, Harry, picked me up and took me to the garage where my car was parked so I could unlock it, etc. I went on about my day from there, and when I returned to my car I had a brand new windshield. No whistle and my mirror was back where it belonged. Outstanding service; I highly recommend Blue Chip.
