  • I just bought a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from Porsche of Beachwood and I am very satisfied with their service. Since I live in Columbus and I have about 2 hour drive there, I was in contact with Tiffany Hansen for a few days and she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns via email. She was very quick and accurate in checking the options on the car and providing me some details. They were not pushy at all and they gave me a lot of time to test drive the car and spot check it. The only minor problem that I saw was that the milage of the car was reported by mistake (13K instead of 20K) which they fixed in less than a day after I notified them via email. They were also very quick in taking down the vehicle selling page on their web site after I purchased it which I think is good to avoid misleading other potential buyers.
