  • In Pearson's Air Canada international terminal, meal options are slim (bad sushi, Pizza Pizza, bland sandwiches, etc.). If you want a place to sit down and drink beer, then Molson Pub is your place. As for the food, I wasn't too satisfied when I went last week. I ordered the Montreal Smoke Meat Sandwich w/ Poutine ($13.50). It comically came with a Canadian flag toothpicked into the sandwich (see picture). The food was subpar and not cheap, but then again what do you expect from airport food?
