  • I got my car the ultimate car wash at this location, when picking it up there was still dirt, crumbs, and they used the incorrect air freshener. No real complaint at that time. However, I prepaid to get my seats washed and scheduled a time to do so. When I went to get them done, they had cleaned the carpets instead. This was 100% their fault as the receipt I had specifically noted that the seats were to be done for the price I paid, which I guess was cheaper than what they normally do them for. When I went to go state that to them, they then tried to sell me seat cleaning for another $30, a service I already paid for! Finally they owned up to their mistake and shampoo'd the seats. They look and smell great, but the headache of having to get what I paid for isn't worth it to me. I'll go somewhere else and pay more for the correct service to be done the first time and not be up sold or scammed into paying twice.
