You can't go to Vegas without trying a buffet! We went during the holiday season. Therefore prices were higher than normal. We went on Christmas for dinner. The price was $55.95/pp. The wait/line was outrageous-an hour and a half. This was my only complaint. You pay at the beginning so you can't step out the line. The staff eventually provided us bottled water in the line, which was very considerate.
The food was phenomenal. There wasn't anything we tasted that was bland or nasty. There was a lot of variety for everyone. The only complaint was the crab legs were cold. Also our waiter was slow at the beginning but it got better.
Overall great buffet but I would suggest going at lunch for a better value. Also check for pricing (especially during the holidays).
