This place is weird. It's part of the Arcade Mall that was pretty dead the entire time we were there. Maybe it was cool in his heyday, but the shops were pretty much empty.
The location was perfect though because we had reservations for Lola Bistro and it was a 2 minute walk. The entire outside area is really cool and I feel like this Hyatt is so out of place. If the shops inside were remodeled to have some cool things, it might bring more business?
The room was pretty standard. I didn't notice until we were going to bed but there wasn't a fitted sheet on the mattress. There was just a sheet draped over it that of course got all tangled by the time we got comfortable to sleep. Pair that with some overly soft flimsy pillows--it took some time to fall asleep which sucked. The bathroom was a little grimey as there was some mildew in the shower tiles. The shower head was pretty "blah" and I just took a quick shower and got out of there.
For the area that it's in, I might suck it up and stay here again but I'm sure I'd try to find another place to sleep.
