UPDATE TIME!
Last time I came here, I said there wasn't anything that made this place stand out from the others, but as a good Yelper, I gave it another chance.
Actually, I gave it a few other chances :) and each time I have been pleasantly delighted. The owner has even been in the store greeting customers, and is very friendly.
The owner isn't just sitting in the corner on their iPad dressed to the nines like I've seen at some other shops. He is actually involved in the business making sure customers are happy.
Proof? He actually contacted me after my last review and took my feedback into consideration. He didn't try to bribe me like some other unnamed FroYo shops with free product.
Here is what Sam did based on my feedback:
1. Hold a staff meeting to make sure that customer service and friendly attitudes are always in place.
2. Explained his vendors and product to me. Since my review, I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in the quality of the product. I'm not sure if it's its psychological or if he started buying from better vendors, but the product is on par, if not better than Yogurtland and Yogurtology.
Way to go Yogurtopia!
