  • When I got my car at Carmax I was so happy that I got the car I wanted. I didn't bother to check everything. Like water spots on my windows in the back. So I came back about a week later to asks the service department. Instead of taking care of it for me. He gave me things that I could do, That didn't work! So five months later I'm still trying to get those water spots of my windows. GREAT sales people. But service department were very dismissive for such a little thing for them. I came back today and got more suggestion........ from service manager Devon. Wish me luck.
