I feel extremely satisfied with what I get here for the price. I only pay $25 a month which includes the basic $10 monthly membership, $5 optional add-on to bring in a guest whenever id like, and I recently added $10 for unlimited tanning which I can cancel at any time. I don't workout during peak hours, but I'd imagine at any gym it's going to packed from around 4pm-8pm. I've never had a problem with the equipment- I think it's high quality and on the rare occasion a machine may be broken but I've been to probably over a dozen gyms in my lifetime and it has never been more frequent than it would happen elsewhere. The tanning bed could be upgraded and there's only one (although I never have wait-time issues since again I don't go during peak hours) but it definitely gets the job done (and I mean really $10 a month for unlimited tanning, where else can you get that deal?). The only reason I docked 1 star is because of the customer service. You walk in, they scan your card and just go through the motions looking unhappy to be there (maybe it's an internal issue with lack of promoting employee moral at EOS?) with no greetings or eye contact or anything and often come off rude when you ask a question. It's not a huge deal, but if your job entails customer service then it should at least be subpar. Other than that, I think the gym is great. I look forward to their new location opening up this year because I'm sure that will allow the foot-traffic to decrease for those times you do need to workout during peak hours. My personal experience has been good thus far and I recommend.
