Showed up at 755am & the shop opens at 8am. At 8am another customer showed up. At 810 someone, I'm guessing the manager, opened up the shop. There was no apology for being late. I stated I needed an oil change & tire rotation. I also mentioned I had a coupon for it w/ a QR code. He said I needed to make an appointment & print out those coupons. I said they have a QR code he could scan. He said no we don't have a QR reader. I asked why would they place them on the coupons if they didn't have a QR reader. 'I don't know why. That's through a 3rd party we work with.' (I switched from one auto service shop who accepted the coupons, but opted to use this location as it was closer). I said fine, let's setup an appointment for Friday at 8am for an oil change & tire rotation. I asked would they be opened at 8am on Friday. He said yes. I said ok because today you weren't so I wanna make sure you will be open at 8am. The guy just shrugged. Not very good customer service. I'd recommend going elsewhere for your automotive services.
