| - Had visited there location on Blue Diamond and was excited to see a location as opening up down the street from where I live. For the first month, it was great and similar to how their Blue diamond location was. Excellent customer service, microfiber towel and dash wipe, Machinery that works and does a fantastic job of cleaning the car. After the first month came and went, is when the quality went downhill from there. They never give a microfiber and dash wipe like before. The vacuums are so poor on suction that it is a wasted effort even to bother to try to vacuum out your car. The air guns are hit or miss. I have used the air guns to blow any loose debris out of my car, instead of vacuuming. After coming thru the wash, there is always way too much tire shine on the side of my car, and the rims are just swimming in tire shine. I hate ruining my rags to wipe this off, but it is the only option to bring your rags to dry your car off, otherwise to have water spots all over the car. The last time I had gone thru, the triple foam was barely working, and the air blowers had left the car pretty wet after coming thru 6 industrial air blowers. The last few washes, you get a $4 off the lava wash and even at $12 for the lava wash is too much for a poorly run operation. On one visit, my mom's car was damaged and we never heard back from the manager or nothing. The attendant who took my moms info informed us that we would need to take the hubcaps off the next time we come thru. Grant it the hubcaps is plastic and can be damaged in a normal wear and tear situation. But to be told that half of your car( hubcaps, antennas, side mirrors) needs to come off before entering the wash was pretty extreme.
