  • He is by far the worst landlord ever! In one years time, we have had windows that don't close, we have to tie them shut with yarn, a railing that's falling off, no screens on our windows... Of which we were charged for at the end, mold growing through the bottom of the floor onto our clothes, sewage coming out of all sinks and tub... Didn't respond for 48 hours...he then threatened to charge me if I called my own plumber. The stories are endless with him! And somehow he took our security deposit when we moved out too! I wish I had the guts to take him to small claims court! We have lost so much money because of this guy! Hate him!
