  • Absolutely deplorable customer service.Tiffany,Nicole are both completely incompetent. They do NOT return phone calls,they promise services they cannot deliver.There is a reason why these apartments are renting for less than market value...It is because the Management is hopeless.They told me verbatim that they would not run a hard Inquiry on my credit when I applied...Within Minutes I had an alert from Experian with a hard Inquiry.They also told me My application would be reviewed within the afternoon. I waited 6 days.After waiting and becoming frustrated I called Nicole...She was completely rude and combative...She told me"I encourage you to find another apartment" if you cant wait. I have rented a dozen apartments in my day...I have never experienced such utter and complete nonsense.. Steer clear of this circus. Good riddance. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
