  • Their repair was so good that it is virtually unnoticeable. The paint color was matched perfectly. My car was returned to me detailed and it looked as if I just picked it up from the dealer's lot. I went to EPI on the recommendation of my car dealer, after more than an unpleasant experience with a different repair shop. David knows his trade. He is a man of few words, he is focused, professional and provides exemplary service. He noted immediately that the other repair business was attempting to utilize used parts and hadn't addressed additional issues. David worked with the other driver's insurance for the approval of the new repairs. He kept me informed at all times, and thus took away the uneasiness and apprehension left from the "other" repair shop. I am left with the impression that EPI is a well run business. The ladies answering the phones were always informative, polite and helpful.
