| - Burger Bar is On-The-Strip-Dining, with that being said, it's really one of the better dining options to consider when you're on the south end of the Vegas Strip. The burgers are decent, and the prices are fairly reasonable.
FOOD
The burger choices on the menu appeal to a variety of tastes. There's also the option to create your own burger masterpiece with an array of condiments, buns, and patties if none of the menu choices don't appeal to your belly.
On my last visit, I kept it simple and ordered the American Classic (AC). The AC is a basic cheeseburger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, a pickle, and bacon. It also comes with a good amount of crispy skinny fries. I ordered my burger to be cooked at medium-rare, but it was just too rare for my preference -- medium-well might be a better option.
SERVICE
I've been here on a number of different occasions, and this place is always packed. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, before dinnertime, the restaurant was already filled with diners. You can choose to ride those hunger pangs and wait for a table, or grab an empty spot at the bar be served immediately. The bar service is fine, but I would've preferred sitting at a booth or table.
OTHER
The restrooms are located outside of the restaurant, and it's kind of a long trek just to get there no matter if you exit the restaurant from the front or back.
OVERALL
A decent dining choice located inside The Mandalay Bay, but I would check if it's possible to make a reservation in advance.
