  • My boyfriend and I spent our three year anniversary at Sage this weekend. They really made it special! We started and had a glass of wine at the bar, I recommend this. The bartender was friendly but not over bearing! And the bar itself is so pretty to look at! Once we sat at the perfect table, the service and food started. You MUST get a wine pairing from Christina! She knows her stuff and added that extra touch that put our evening over the top. The brûlée foie gras was amazing, melted on my mouth! Duck confit salad, sturgeon and both the desserts were out of this world. Yes, it's pricy for the portion size. However, every bite is worth the price! If you are looking for an unique experience on the strip and a food vacation. You must visit Sage!
