  • I just moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas & I am very very disappointed with this store....it's called "Conn's" for a reason! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr.Bob Tickle, who is amazing funny has excellent costumer service skills & made my fiance & I feel very very comfortable...... We wanted to get a 42' inch tv nothing big or spectacular but we just needed a tv. Well we were told we were approved for up to $2-3,000 so we were so excited because we're buying a new house this tv woulda looked great in our new bedroom..... Then we found out we had to see a lady named "Maria" who works in a totally different department we walked over to Maria's desk we were not greeted she was very rude from the get go! I even had to grab my own chair to sit down.......she then told us that we have to put half down for the tv but what about the credit they said we had? I asked many questions & she kept ignoring me & gave me attitude.... She didn't even say bye to us.....I even said that's crazy we can just get a tv from Wal-Mart she didn't give a shit.....we just wanted a tv for our home we did not deserve to be treated this way. I called back & spoke with a manager named Dennis he was totally unsympathetic! And kepr saying "we've never had any complaints about Maria" he was a very unprofessional jerk! Do yourselves a favor never ever go to this place they will rip you off!!
