  • First time using Kilter Mechanical. Changed from Desert Valley Air which was a great disappointment. Caught Desert Valley Air trying to sell me work that never needed to be done, so I fired them, missed more than one appointment, and were always trying to upsell. H Gregg from Kilter was very professional and knew what he was doing. He noticed a couple of things that DVA should've taken care of but didn't. H Gregg took care of those minor things at no charge. Would I recommend Kilter Mechanical you bet I would. I signed up for one of there maintenance packages.
